A new generation of corporate learning

Save your company's intelligence

A company builds its knowledge over years. As people leave, skills walk out with them and the next ones learn the same things from scratch. We help you keep that know how where it belongs. Inside the company.

What is changing

The world of work is changing fast. The need for new knowledge even faster

How fast a company innovates and puts new know how to work decides more and more. To keep the best people and the best clients, it has to keep up.

01 Pace

What worked last year is not enough

The Future of Jobs Report 2025 by the World Economic Forum expects 39 % of workers' core skills to change by 2030. Tools and processes move faster than a training course can be produced.

02 People

Hiring is getting harder every year

In the ManpowerGroup Talent Shortage 2025 survey, 66 % of Czech employers struggle to fill open positions. The Workplace Learning Report 2025 by LinkedIn finds only 36 % of organisations build development around career progression, and those are the ones more confident they will keep their people.

03 Clients

It is not only employees who learn

The same library, the same courses and the same certificates can be opened to clients and partners. It is a matter of access settings, not a second project with a second budget.

What the platform does

Not a course library. A system that produces content and measures it

A library shows what is available. GrowBoard builds the content, walks a person through it and measures the level they end up at.

Content creation

A link, a video or a document becomes a course

Paste an article URL, a video, text from a PDF, or just a topic. Mira returns a course draft: five to ten lessons with their text and a closing quiz of ten questions. You edit everything and publish, or save it as a draft.

AI mentor

An AI mentor who knows each person's context

A conversational onboarding establishes the archetype and first goals. She then breaks a goal into twelve weeks of concrete steps, sends a weekly summary, and answers with context: your level, competencies and open goals.

Measurement

A test assigns the competency level

Every archetype has five competencies and four levels, from Emerging to Leading. A test of five questions is assessed by Claude, which assigns the level and writes down why that one. Reassessment opens after a hundred and eighty days.

Producing the content

Make the content yourself. Or we film it for you

A platform is only as good as what sits inside it. There are two routes into GrowBoard and they combine.

In house

Yourself, in the Content Creator

Paste an article link, a video, a PDF or just a topic. Mira returns a draft of the lessons with a closing quiz, you edit it and publish. No camera, no waiting for a crew.

With a production crew

Filmed and produced by Pixbo

When the knowledge sits with people who will never write it down, a crew comes to them and films how they do it. It gets captured by talking, not by writing. Production is delivered by Pixbo, the studio from the same group.

Four formats to start with
AI avatar from text You supply the text, an avatar delivers the lesson. The fastest route to content, with no filming.
Screencast of a process A screen recording with commentary. A change in a system reaches a lesson within days.
Filmed in the studio A Prague studio, 4K and over thirty setups. One speaker records a whole set of lessons in a single day.
Filmed on the floor At the machine, on site, in the store. Lessons that cannot be produced anywhere else.

Production is an option, not a condition. The platform works without it. Further formats, language versions or a recording of a classroom session, open up on demand.

Run the numbers

What it costs you that onboarding rests on colleagues

New hires are taught by people who have their own work to do. Nobody bills that time, but the company pays for it. Move the sliders to match your company.

This counts only colleague time spent on onboarding. It excludes mistakes made out of ignorance and the ramp up before a new person is fully productive.

The AI layer

Mira plans the weeks and writes the summary

She breaks a goal into twelve weeks, sends a weekly summary and answers with the person's context. You can talk to her right here on the site.

‘Two steps toward your review goal this week. One is a lesson, one is a reflection. Split them, or do both in one block?’
