The AI mentor

A mentor who knows each person's context

Mira sits inside the app. She knows what level someone is at, what they have open and what they last wrote down, so she does not ask about what has already been said.

This page describes what Mira does in the app. Not what she could do.

Mira today today

Yesterday you wrote that approvals are slowing you down. You have the Delegation lesson half done, eight minutes left. Today would be a good day for it.

Mira
How did the first week with the new team go?
Manageable, but meetings eat my whole day.
What comes up in those meetings most often?
Where you meet her

Three places in the app

Mira is not a separate screen you go to. She is where the person is already doing something.

on demand

A chat on every screen

A bubble in the bottom right, full screen on a phone. It opens on a click and never speaks first. The conversation lives until you close the panel and is stored nowhere.

once a day

A note on the dashboard

A short text about what the person has open and what they last wrote down. It appears when they open the dashboard for the first time that day. It is not a notification.

12 weeks

A goal broken into weeks

From one sentence about what someone wants to manage she builds a twelve week plan. Every step has a type, an estimate in minutes and a reason for being there.

Context

What she knows about a person

This is the whole of it. Mira gets nothing else.

  1. The archetype and its level, so whether the person is a Visionary, Operator, Specialist or Connector
  2. The job title as filled in on the profile
  3. The names of at most three active goals, without their detail
  4. At most five recent competency assessments with their levels
  5. The last journal entry, specifically what went well and what is blocking
  6. The last twelve messages of the current conversation
Assessment

What Mira grades

In three cases she assigns a number or a level that gets used further.

L1 to L4

The competency test

Five questions with four options. The answers produce a level from L1 Emerging to L4 Leading and a note on why that one. The next test opens after a hundred and eighty days.

proposes a level

Written evidence

The person describes what they actually did. Mira compares it against the rubric for the level and proposes where it belongs. A proposal, not a decision.

0 to 100 points

Weekly work in a programme

In twelve week runs she grades submitted work out of a hundred and writes feedback. From seventy points there is a badge.

What Mira does not do

Most of this is not a missing feature but a decision. It is written into her brief.

  • She does not advise or solve things for you. Her brief keeps her listening and asking.
  • She remembers nothing between sessions. Close the chat and the conversation is gone.
  • She cannot see the content of the courses or lessons the person is working through.
  • She cannot see team data, GrowScore or certificates.
  • She does not decide on promotions or pay. She proposes a level, she does not award it.
  • She has no tools and no internet. She answers from what she is given in context.

We will show her to you live.

Half an hour. You will see Mira inside the app, including how she guides an actual person.
